Please note: As this is a curved mug, text may follow the shape and will not appear perfectly straight.

Care & Use

  • We recommend spot clean for banners and hand wash only for mugs and tumblers.
  • Avoid dishwashers and harsh scrubbing.
  • Vinyl decals are not permanent & may wear over time.
  • If needed, iron on reverse side of canvas banners. The decal will melt if you put the iron directly onto it.
  • Please handle all items with care to preserve finish and longevity.

Processing and Shipping

  • Please allow up to 1 week for processing
  • Our processing time does not include shipping time (i.e. how long it takes the postal service to deliver your package).

  • All personalised items are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for personalised products due to change of mind.
