Refund policy

All personalised items are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for personalised products due to change of mind. This includes orders where a specific font or customisation option has been selected and later not preferred.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for SVG files or other digital downloads once they have been purchased or accessed. If you experience any issues with a downloadable file, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any orders. However, we comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or there has been an error on our part, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
