Long before Bridge Lane Designs existed, I was the person in my family and friendship group who made personalised gifts and once that started, there was no going back.

Every time a special occasion rolled around birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day and especially Valentine’s Day everyone knew they were getting something made just for them. A name, a date, a little inside joke or a phrase that only meant something to us. And honestly they looked forward to it. It wasn’t about the gift itself, but the feeling behind it knowing someone had taken the time to create something uniquely theirs.

I remember spending hours searching for the right design or trying to make something simple work when it really shouldn’t have been that hard. That’s where the idea for creating digital design files came from.
