- Ready-designed products are crafted in-house. Please allow 3-5 business days for production & processing time.
- Made to order products are individually crafted and personalised in-house. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production & processing time. Timeframe will depend on product and quantities required.
- If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us to let us know what date you require it by. If possible, we can arrange to rush your order and/or express post for an additional cost.
- Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation & tracking details to the same email address you used when your order was placed. Your order will then be in the hands of Australia Post, so please allow time for delivery in addition to our above production turnaround times.
